We’re growing. So we’re on the lookout for senior technical recruiters to join one of the most successful national staffing firms in Southern California. Our recruiters are well versed in the fields to which they’re assigned—engineering, finance, health care, law, or technology. They can work independently.

Recruiters generate leads via the Internet, associations, and personal contacts; conduct interviews in person and over the phone; keep up with current trends; rewrite candidate resumes to emphasize qualifications and strengths; screen candidates and check references. They have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and they know how to listen.
